This is quite a coincidence but only have I updated the website yesterday and I’ve already received a phone call asking how to round prices on my friend’s price list - to next multiple of 50 pence.
As this is exactly the kind of request I would see the company to be contacted about, I’ve decided I’ll paste the solution here.
So here we are: original price list. Net prices, VAT, gross prices, but the rounding is missing:
And here is a simple (and I believe - elegant) solution which took less than 10 minutes to come up with:
Quick and efficient - isn’t it?! If you agree that on average that increases the price of every product by 25p, 100 products will generate an extra £25 in sales - and I personally hate prices ending in .23, .76 or .99

A point to remember - this will only work if a dot: “.” is you decimal separator. Other countries may use commas, so the formula would have to be modified accordingly
